Put salt and pepper on them, wrap them in aluminum foil, and bake them in a preheated oven at 400 for 40 minutes.
If you want them faster, broil them for 6 minutes on each side, 12 minutes total, instead of baking. But, the first time you broil pork chops, check them frequently, to make sure they don't burn, because it depends on a lot of factors, such as your broiler, how far they are down from it, how big they are, the air temp, and other factors.
Whichever way you cook them, the first time you do it, look in the center of the biggest one, with a knife, to make sure it's cooked completely. Pork chops always have to be cooked completely. There is no rare, medium rare, etc., for pork chops. Just well done.

Depends on how you cook them. I would suggest when you cook them fill the pan about halfway full of water, season to taste and cover the pan with aluminum foil. (The foil keeps the heat and most of the steam in so the chops will cook faster, be full of flavor and still be moist instead of dry and bland. It will take about 35-45 minutes. 45 minutes if you cook them slow. (Which I highly recommend.)

I don't know the efficiency of your oven or how many you are making. That info would help.
You cook them until they are slightly pink in the center (140 degrees F)
