Not exactly. But I hope you did it for the right reasons and not because your friends or the guy pressured you. The fact that you are asking if it was bad says that you aren't sure if it was a good idea. I do think 13 is too young for making out, but only because my kids are 11 and 14, I don't know if it is a good idea to go any further. Now that you "made out" the guy might think he can get more from you. I hope that isn't too preachy?!

Depends on how old he is. Generally I would say it is not bad to have made out with someone by that age as long as he is in your age group. Which I would say at 13, kissing someone 15yrs old would be pushing the limit. Also, keep it to just kissing. watch for wondering hands. You are much to young to get deeply involved with someone. Remember, you could probably by now become a mom. So really think about that.
I will say the first time I kissed a girl I was your age, so I wouldn't worry about it.

If you feel it's bad, that's probably your answer. You might not be ready for this sort of physical activity yet. It's not "bad" in itself, but you have to figure out when it's right or wrong for you.
Remember you have the rest of your life to make out with guys, so don't feel you have to rush into anything now just because "everyone else" seems to be doing it. Give yourself a few years to decide what YOU want.

That could depend on how old the guy is. If he is 14 or older, it is breaking the law! A misdemeanor, at least. If he is over 16, it is a felony. If convicted, he might have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life!
Kinda takes the fun out of it, huh.

It's definitely not a very smart thing to do. You're only setting yourself up for later pain and heartache, not to mention leftover baggage whenever you meet the person you want to spend your life with. Why would you want to sell yourself short? And even if this boy is the one you will eventually marry, it's never smart for people as young as you to get that serious physically--you're way too young. Trust me, you'll be glad you waited!
