If Your not blood related, then no law broken. However, it might be a bad thing for the kids, and make family reunions a tad bit uncomfortable.

That is if your single, if your married....Then why even ask, it's WRONG.

OK and what's the problem? Are you married to his brother? Is he married? What harm do you see in it. Very little details.
