Yes,you have to get something that has vitamin e and a good pH balance for your skin. There are different and expensive lotions you can use to bring your skin back. The are even mild laser surgeries also, but i wouldn't use anything with consulting with a dermatologist first.

First of all stop picking your face. Unless the acne has come to a white head don't pick it. I use mary kay cleansing products for my face which is kind of pricey. I also use biore ice cleanse and mud mask. You might want to try and find a acne scar cream which I think I saw some at walmart in the skin care aisle. Spend some time in the aisle looking for it. It isn't a big bottle it is in a tube but it should say acne scar cream. Or there even might be an oil of olay skin treatment to help balance your skin to make the holes less noticeable. If all these fail see a dermatologist. Also a really good moisturizer for your face helps alot. If you are prone to oily skin find an oil free moisturizer. Did you know that using products on your face that dry out your skin can cause acne also thats why moisturizer helps to keep you pores unclogged. If you can afford Mary-Kay you should find your local sales consultant or go to marykay.com And buy some of the products on there. They work awesome.

i would get a acne solution at the store, and use that. you have to be patient though, and use it properly, or it might even get worse. by the way, the proper word is epidermis, but acne holes are fine too lol. also before you go to sleep, or in the morning i would use a toner to clean your skin, that will help with acne too. :] :] good luck, and hope i helped.

get info from a dermatologist and from someone who is a skin care professional to get the best way to treat your skin.
many skin creams and cleaners are expensive for this type of acne so do your homework to get the best products for your money and the best advice on how to use them.
diet is also part of this equation so get the best nutritional value in foods for your skin condition.

And you weren't aware of this? If you have bad scaring, you need to talk to a dermatologist. Nothing you buy in the drug store will get rid of pock marks (indentation scars).
