If you exercise (at all) you know that head sweat can be a girl's worst enemy when it comes to our hair. How do you manage to keep your hair healthy, clean, and manageable? (I don't get perms anymore, I hot comb my hair instead and now that I've started to workout a lot I can't seem to balance the two) .. p.s. frequent trips to the salon got to be too expensive so I can't do that!

sorry if I offended anyone with term "nappy", I've actually embraced it as a personal characteristic and take no offense when I hear it used (but hey that's me) !!

During the cooler months, I'm alright if I exercise. During the summer months, I'll either shave my hair off into a cute little curly fade, or wear braids. But, Nappy? Do we really have to use that word to describe our hair?

If you don't have a perm, then wear it naturally.

P.S. No one has nappy hair. What a terrible term.
