I've been in touch with all my ex's and somtimes they feel like im "opening up old wounds" and the feel comfy with me. if we feel like there is spark should proceed or ignore?

Well, with something like that; it depends on how you both feel. If there's an equal amount of interest, then find out what each is looking for and why things didn't work out in the first place. I had this happen to me a few times, and when I asked questions etc..the answeres reminded me why we weren't together. So it was more physical than anything. I was more into it than that so I had to get out of it because it wouldn't have worked out. You just need to ask those questions and see how you both feel!

You know what happened in the past you should leave it alone,because it happened in the past so there is nothing to do or think about it,you need to move on with your life and find some new chick and star over.

just remember, you got together for a reason and also split up for another.
getting back into old relationships is by far from easy and will usualy end the same way the first started if not worse.
