Many businesses here in Cancun take US Dollars without a problem, and US stores along the Canadian border take Canadian dollars??
So what's the big deal if that crappy pizza place accepts peanuts or beads for their goods??? Still, they're on the losing side, since they lose a sizeable chunk of their profit in the exchange.

I think its just fine, like you said if they accepted peanuts for their food, all the better for Mr. Peanut! Its all preference and it might actually benefit me someday with my leftover pesos!

ok, i do no longer understand what's incorrect with you people. no longer attempting to be impolite yet isnt Texas in usa. Do you no longer agree that all and sundry people and those in usa, could communicate english and use American forex. Ofcourse non-US voters could be pleased with it. it extremely is greater effective to them even though it is not in any far greater effective to our very own u . s . a .. Do you no longer seem after your guy or woman u . s . a .. does not greater revenues be greater effective off for the state of Texas. isn't the Peso properly worth approximately 8 situations below the greenback bill. Does that propose that the fee of the pizza is greater inexpensive to those who've pesos. If no longer, then what's the factor of accepting pesos. If it replaced into only the subject of changing the money....wouldnt the pizza shopper get charged via changing the pesos(hypothetically)to the yank forex. the place is the earnings in that. the folk from different international locations could be required to interchange thier money as we do in different international locations. the only way it is going to likely be ok could be if it replaced into effective to the two international locations or events in touch. This u . s . a . has slipped into lack of expertise and with the immigration issues that we've, shouldnt or no longer it extremely is obvouis no count if or no longer we could constantly different than pesos. hey White female, solid for you, you're able to stand sturdy

Look American $$ are accepted all over the world because is the money that run in the economical world,,, but the Mexican peso!!! that is only good in Mexico. My question is ,,, Is this Mexican company is part of the Aztlec, La Raza, ACLU, the Mexican Government, etc. that are trying to reconquer the southwest of the USA. If we the American citizen allowed this like nothing is happening, then we should all throw in our tower and give up with this illegal issues. You asked,,, What's my problem with this people that come into my country, thinking that they could do what ever is in their mind and us the American people have to accepted, as good or else we the Americans are racist?? What the hell is wrong with you that you asked me that question??

Agreed. The "crappy pizza place" is on the losing side.
The big deal is that it is an American company, on American soil, paying American taxes, with American dollars. I wonder if they give change in American dollars. Thus, violating banking laws.
If I remember correctly this store is in Dallas. DALLAS! Not along the border as you would have people believe.
It's a slippery slope. I already have to push 1 for English, I do not want to have to make change for a foreign currency in my own country! Wake up!
This is about much more than a "crappy pizza place" accepting pesos. It's about losing this country to illegal foreign invaders.
Just because they are not marching through the streets with weapons on their backs does not mean they do not intend to take this country from us.

well there is not a real problem because if you go in canada, mexico etc etc etc etc they will take dollars if you buy
a pizza or something else
I believe for many Americans what pizza patron
do is a deliberate provocation against them
and this is connected with the illegal immigrations issue..
moral
Pizza Patron made wrong decision in the wrong time
but in the same time is not a big deal..

What a lot of people aren't understanding here is that Pesos aren't just being accepted at Pizza Patrons in Texas - a border state. The Pizza Patrons in Colorado and Nevada are also accepting Pesos. Those states DO NOT border with Mexico.
My problem with it ---- This is not Mexico and I think we do enough catering to them as it is. Accepting Mexican money in the United States is going a little too far.

I personally believe that a nation should only use their own money. If you don't have the nations money on you, then get it exchanged.

Ummm... you're exactly right. True conservatives couldn't care less that they take pesos for pizza.
They are entitled to accept whatever barter they can get. As long as it is legal, who cares?
Keep government out of business.
