im NOT a guy first off but this person is always like telling me jokes and sorta picking on me. he talks to me and asks me for help alot. does he like me??

100% YES! He is flirting with you the only way he knows how! Until you get a little older and figure out other ways to convey your interest in someone then people will use (guys especially) will pick on but not in a really mean way so as to get your attention and keep it! Plus there is the psychological believe that women like bad boys! ( this is true in a lot of cases from what i have seen! just remember in the long run guys like this will not change just look at the history of this!)

Yes he likes you, just so you know if a guy is talking to you, He likes you. Except for gays, men don't waste time talking to women unless we like them. Men don't have women as friends, we have other men, even if a man says he wants to be friends, he is lieing, deep down he still wants you and that is just a way to keep around you!!

Its very possible he does, and this is just the way he is trying to get to know you better or get closer. He might also just want to be close friends, but I would assume he might like you. But the way, read your small profile, and just wanted to say that I have been lucky once to have my photo taken with the actual Stanley Cup.

Try touching him casually/jokingly, on the arm, etc, see if he seems to encourage more physical contact. Or say something slightly suggestive. Most people don't really enjoy flirting with people they aren't interested in.

Maybe, or he considers you one of the guys. Just ask him if he ever thinks "what if" about you too. That should open the door for him, or if he isn't interested, just laugh it off saying you was just messing with him.

tough one. I wouldn't assume anything. Let him ask or you ask him for a coffee or whatever. See what happens. If you assume he likes you, you could also assume near embarassment is about to happen. GO SLOW...
