You probably have oily skin. Or...your make-up if you wear any could be contributing to it. If you have a pressed powder or compact of any kind and think this may be the cause of the acne, then throw it away. Because there are probably skin oils and dirt in the compact so when you put it on your face it's making you breakout even more.
Have you tried using plain Dove (unscented) bar soap? It works good. My mom has oily skin and acne and I have very dry skin with minimal acne, but it works great on both of us.
Try exfoliating your face once a week. You can use a sugar and honey scrub (equal parts of each), or a salt and olive oil scrub (2 parts salt:1 part oil). There won't be any chemicals but it will help rid your face of any dead skin, which is one of the causes of acne. Milk will not give you acne. But you should try washing your face twice a day, and use a lightweight moisturizer in the morning after washing it. Make sure the water isn't too hot while washing as this can dry your skin. Also after washing, spalsh your face with very cold water to close your pores (then apply lotion), so no dirt will get in them throughout the day.

You have to drink plenty of water it really does help, and it's not that bad. Try getting into the habit of drinking a glass first thing in the morning and before you go to bed. You should drink throughout the day as well, but start small and then work up to it. Find products that are made for sensitive skin and wash in am and pm. Try to keep your hands off of your face and change your pillowcase every other day or so. When you're talking on the phone try to keep it off of your face. Good Luck.

I know what you're going through. I suffered with acne when I was 15 as well. Since you're skin is extremely sensitive, why don't you try just washing it with warm water and a wash cloth? I have a friend who is sensitive to most products and just uses water. I know it sounds like it wouldn't help, but it helped clear up her skin alot! She also uses a gentle skin toner after washing her face to get rid of any excess bacteria and dead skin. Acne.org is a great place to receive advice/tips on how to take care of your skin. The site saved my life! Once you read all of the benefits from drinking 8 glasses of water a day, you'll definitely drink alot more! Read up on it. Good luck with everything : )

First of all, let me say that not everything that works is expensive. And oh god, I had the worst acne ever. It was horrible! No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to work. (I would try new stuff on abot a 6 week period) And if it started to clear up my face, it would always completely dry out. So I tried something little that I found in the drugstore. I was amazed at the results in one week! I was out west, traveling across the USA for the summer, and when I came back, my friends saw a new me! I cleanse my face at night with Equaline cleansing pads, shower, and then apply ZapZyt. It's so cheap, and it works so well!!! Then, when I wake up, I cleanse my face with the same stuff, and then apply (make sure to rub it in really well!!) the ZapZyt.
I'm serious; that stuff works wonders.
Also, do you wear makeup? I don't need to, because I have a naturally tanned and smooth face, and plus, it feels waaaay too fake for me. If you do wear makeup, check to see if it's oil-based. Oil-based makeup can cause lots of acne. Switch to a water-based makeup; see how the results differ. It worked for my sister!
And if you don't like water, you're in serious trouble. A lot of your body is made up of water, and you need to always drink water. Did you also know that drinking lots of water can help you to lose weight? It'll also help clear up lots of your acne.
Hope it helps!

First off...drink water, tea,lemonade...something that doesn't have alot of sugar in it. If you are drinking soda alot...that could be causing alot of it!!also...try using Neutrogena face wash and oil-free moisturizer. Use the face wash at night. it will dry out your skin but in the morning put on the moisturizer and it will help. Also, try not to touch your skin. There are TONS of germs alllll over your hands. the more you touch your skin, the more your pores will get clogged. Also try to lay off the chocolate and other reallllyyy sweet stuff. Some people think it's just a myth but it's sooo true..the less chocolate you eat the less your face will break out.Remember to switch washcloths atleast every 3 days...and try washing your face with cold water...that will make your pores smaller...if you wear makeup...wash your face everyday when you get home. If the makeup sits there all day it will clog your pores even worse....try out alot of different makeups...try to stick to powders and not liquids...Bare Minerals makeup is really great! try it!!!
hope this has helped alot

Drink water if you don't like it buy botteled water, or just get use to it! Pretty soon, you won't mind it anymore! Milk and dairy probably isn't the best for it. Wash it morning and night. I know you said you don't eat a lot of junk food but, keep avoiding that especially chocolates! What I do, is I bought one of those face cleansers it's like a steamer it works great!

Actually drinking a lot of milk can have a bad affect on your skin...cow's milk has been linked to acne because it has hormones in it. Since I stopped eating dairy my skin has cleared up a lot...definitely drink lots of water and eat foods like melon and flax which are really good for your skin. And use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil or Spectro Gel, which are for sensitive skin but also help fight problem skin--they're much better than bar soap.

the dairy may be a bit of a problem especially if you have a mild allergic reaction. but you should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. also do a web search for natural remedies...one is 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey or splenda, 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice mix with 8-10 ounces water shake and drink 2 everyday. its great for the skin. you can also wash your face with a very, very mild soap or none at all then splash your face with equal parts mixed apple cider vinegar and warm water, pat dry.
