I want to have a sorta normal chest! i don't mean like those big boxers and ultimate fighting champions since I'm not big like them. i have a normal body now(except for my chest which is almost flat). can you tell me what exercising i should do for my chest??(i want a chest like Jet li and jackie chan, nothing too big, nothing small and a 'full' body without using any drugs). Thanx every1.

Starting chest development is easy. Just the basic exercises like bench press are best place to start. Once you have started to do those enough you will need to add more shaping exercises and variety, usually you'll add flyes and crossovers. Push ups are good too.

Note that chest exercise with free weights can be dangerous if you don't have a spotter (friend to help you). So it is okay to start with machine type exercises until you plateau and need to get more serious.

Start basic.
Push ups. Do 4 sets of 12 and very the width of your hands from wide to together.
Get a set of dumbells that you can handle and start some basic check exercises.
Dumbell press on flat and inclined bench.
Dumbell flys on flat and inclined bench

Keep a ballance and don't just work you check. Work you Back (lats) as well.

You need to do a lot of dips (a dip bar is required for this) and push ups to develop your pectoral muscles.

To actually develop muscle (push-ups can only take you so far), you'll need to lift weights.
Don't expect immediate results.
