Angina. I have it too and sometimes I debate on whether to take the nitrospray or not because the headache the spray causes hurts almost as bad, if not worse than the chest pain.

Angina is a heart condition, nitrolingual spray is the stuff you spray under your tongue, hope that helps

angina pectoris.....glycerl trinitrate is the spray for under your tounge....it takes effect quicker as under the tounge has a very thin lining and can be absorbed quicker.
