yes you can, you just need to separate each URL with "|"
in the home page field, you can type something like that
http://www.google.com/|http://www.yahoo.com/|
you can get the vertical line with the keys ALT Gr + 6 (above the y key, not the numerical pad)

Yes! Open those pages that you want opened, and then go into preferences and select use current pages for home page.

Not at this time. Someone has to write an extension for that but i don't see why you want multiples homepage anyway. You can open multiple windows using Tabs.
