I swear by the webMD depression support group! It's online (obviously) and it's anonymous. The people on there give a lot of great advice. It really got me through some hard times and gave me some perspective. Plus, it's always nice to talk with people who've been there, you know?

there's a site named "over eaters anonymous", OA for short.
