The rest of my cable channels are clear. I don't know if this is related, but i also do not pick up radio stations.

If you split your cable, the signal must be weak. Try using a Signal Booster by Motorola and you will notice an BIG improvement.

Is this happening on all TV sets in the house or just one? Is there a Cable box connected to the set? Has this just started happening or has it always been this way? Often times when you have bad reception on one or two channels it can be fixed by making sure the cables are not loose where they are screwed in. If this is the case you can usually see the picture quality change if you move the cable around. You could also try changing the cable with a new one. If that still doesn't do the trick call the cable company to report the signal issue.

Depends on where you are. It could be coming into your house like that. Co-Channeling happens at the head end location. I think if you had "ingress" you would have problems with all off air channels in the low band. I suggest you first call your cable company and have them run a service call to your house. Not sure what cable system your in but service calls are usually free, I know they are in our systems.
