God did not create ignorance. Not knowing how to solve the world's problems lies on man's shoulders. And man is so busy proclaiming HIS group is right/better/chosen that he hasn't time to see that we are all the same group..

God created man in the flesh. He did not create mans ignorance.
That said, perhaps you are putting alittle too much credit to how much man is able to solve anything. With all the intellegence we believe we have, all you really need to do is look at the problems of the world to see just how unable man is. In addition, when you are looking around you might note that most of the problems in the world are created by man in the first place. We are so stupid, that we create problems and then fall over each other wondering how to solve them. God has told us how to keep out of trouble, how to stay out of trouble, and what to do if trouble comes. Since few really care what He has to say about it, those problems continue. Its really just that simple.

Ignorance is more than just not having knowledge. It is choosing to not educate yourself because you already believe something to be the Truth. I will be the first to admit there are many ignorant Christians, as well as many ignorant humans in all other faiths & races. We are all HUMAN. I am a Christian, who also studies other religions...Just because I chose to study other religions doesn't mean I chose to believe & practice them. I just want to be educated in all of it. So that I do not speak ignorantly of anyones beliefs!

God doesn't create ignorance he allows foolishness & stuborness! As is apparent in almost the enitre old testament as well as New! Even if you aren't a Christian, you may benifit from reading the Bible. Even if for nothing more than to understand more clearly why Christians belive what they do.

ok, first element... please instruct me even one tiny scrap of information outdoors the bible that shows ANY little bit of it extremely is the fact. additionally, we can lie universal splendid? So some human beings sat around conjuring up the thank you to get the villagers to carry on with them. They made up memories, very like we do on the instant to our young ones. Santa, the easter bunny, the the teeth fairy and so on. lookup the historic previous of Greek Mythology and it will inform you the place it originated from . The stupid element is, human beings did no longer save archives returned then because of the fact they did no longer have the aspects nor the could desire to... this additionally rings genuine for the bible. that's a made up tale and the version of the bible you study has been altered besides. all of them have. because of the fact of this there have been maximum of 'variations' of the bible. Religions all exchange or "translate" the bible to what they want it to assert. No ones version is the actual one. Or meant besides.

A recent free thinker changed the word ignorance to ignore-ance, meaning that we are not ignorant, but ignoring what is around us. As we wake up and pay attention to our reality, we are seeing the solutions to the problems of the world. Our difficulty lies in the fact that so many of us are clinging too tightly to our pat answers, which are not helping to solve our problems, but rather making them worse. We are too willing to fight over who is right, instead of working together to find the truth. Our failings are not to be blamed on a higher power, but rest solely with ourselves. We have transcended cannibalism, slavery, and many other patterns which were based on lower patterns of awareness as we wake up to the realities of life, and we will continue to do so. We need only give up the primitive conclusions we came to long ago that still limit us and our societies, like rascism, fascism, sexism, and fundamentalism, and continue on the journey of awakening that we are on.

Because man is corrupt.
You first need to ask why are their global problems in the first place?
Because this world is fallen and its caretakers corrupt. You can't ask a broken house to fix itself. And some times buildings are condemned for destruction because their unrepairable.
Then the owner( and in this case God) will build a new building. One that will not break or be destroyed. Because the tenets are reliable.

free will, the desire to have everything now and not be humiliated, have riches on earth, humans are born sinners, its en-stilled into their minds as sinners to be ignorant (or fools and stupid from what the Bible calls atheists) but coming to know God and being saved, and fearing God puts knowledge and understanding into the Christians mind. When people get saved, the light comes on in their life and they no longer wander in the darkness.

Whenever someone desires something that is not good, that is ignorance. It is a product of the complexity of nature, in that humans will always chase after things that are not good for them, and thus will induce ignorance into themselves.

why do you say man is "the unique rational being"

have you experienced the minds of all the other beings???

we are limited by are very limited sensory perception, we can only percieve a small part of the universe (our perception is growing daily through scientific instruments though!), this hinders our understanding but we (and God through us) are working on it
