A canadian quarter would be worth about, what, 15, 16 cents american? I know that waitresses in america are insulted if you try to tip them in canadian money, but I don't think it is a "sin".

well I do not believe in "sin" but it may be mean. First it is worth about 22 cents US, second the newer ones are too light and do not trip the mechanism in a vending machine. Bet you didn't know that!

nope. especially in alaska where i live cuz we do it all the time...it is a part of our currency here. and is worth 25 cents here in the ak so ... and we r part of the united states too so..
