I work at one of the McDonalds where the sign just says 'over 99 billion served', and I know it has said that for 20 years.
I know that the newer stores have 'Billions and Billions served', but I am curious, just how many customers have been served by McDonalds? I have tried thier web site, which does not have any info, and actually appears to be an abaondoned web site as everything is 2 years old.
this question has been asked before, but nobody actually gave a number, nor a link to any site which is updated.

I did some research and it said about 4,657,384,374 served each year in the USA. multiply that by 20.

The sign down at the Mickey D's down the street from my work says "Billions and billions served."
