There is the big noise of World War I and World War II. Why that noise does not continue to sound threatening today to avoid man from the cruel war with atomic weapons?

I don't see what this has to do with God.
God created silence for mothers, so they wouldn't go insane.
Both World wars were atrocities. No civilization in it's right mind would ever let that happen to any people again.

It is a different way for God to touch you!!
But honestly is it as silent as you think or are you just tuning out the noise.
Like seeing your child born you become silent and forget about all others in the room.
The touch of your spouse the first time or the midst of love making you become silent internally and forget about your worries.
Seeing a snow-capped mountain even when it is windy and it suddenly becomes silent to your being.
Seeing dew on a beautiful flower can cause silence within your being.
Alone and quiet on a Mountain Top.
Lying on your back and watching the clouds drift by while the birds are singing.
Setting on the dock of the bay watching the ships and not hearing the water beat against the dock!
It is so you will be able to capture moments in time and remember them too. You can be in a crowd of people and be completely alone. This is how silence is also.

God gave his followers the experience to appreciate whilst to close up. purely a fool keeps talking and talking and talking and has no longer something to assert. Man cannot stand silence because the will see the emptiness and loneliness that is inside of them and see there is no peace that will always leave them searching. Jesus Christ is the only answer to bearing the silence from being redeemed from our sins and being bought back to a God that we were separated from.
