It seems that we purchase products daily but do not know how to get the most value from our purchase. We work hard every day and spend our money on different items, with different terms, and different needs.
When we buy an electronic product, we are given a manufacturer’s warranty with the purchase, but what good is it? Does it answer our needs? Does it allow us to preserve the value of our decision?
Unsure about our protection and the life of the item, we sometimes admit the need for an extended warranty.
We tell ourselves, “if something goes wrong, at least we are covered”...but are we?
This whole market is in front of us, but we do not know exactly what we receive versus what we deserve. It seems that we are not aware of the need for relevant information about our own rights regarding warranties and what decisions to make in this matter.
Am I the only one who feels left in the dark?
