Will i get caught for that?,
Will there be any actions taken against me for downloading these by the authorities/police?

Downloading copyrighted material is illegal. Before you download files, it is best to check, and be absolutely sure, that you are not breaking the law.
If you are breaking the law, it is possible that you might get caught. The probability of you getting caught is uncertain. You might get caught, you might not. It depends on how aggressively authorities are hunting down lawbreakers. Read the links below, Limewire is being sued.
The second article shows how authorities go after the big file sharers. But the list can get larger and larger, and they will come to your house if they believe you are a lawbreaker and can be convicted.
The penalty? Small downloaders, probably a fine (this is just my own estimate). Big downloaders, fines, lawsuits, the threat of jail time.

Technically the act of using Limewire/Kazaa/Morpheus or any other P2P file sharing system IS PERFECTLY LEGAL. However, the act of sharing copyrighted music is what the authorities will prosecute for, as you are allowing other users to download something which they should pay for, for free.
The act of downloading music which is being shared by other users, is illegal, however the authorities will prosecute those who are sharing a "significant amount of music" - like drugs they will go after the DEALERS not the USERS.

Probably but there's so many people doing it the odds are good that you will never get caught..enjoy your free movies....besides the bigger sites such as Live Wire are always being watched..if they go to far the moie studioa will shut them down. Actually I believe Live Wire is owned by Paramount network or CBS so they are probably legal.

YES.... Dear Friend, First of All...LIMEWIRE (or Kaaza) are hard spyware...it will demolish your computer system. My humble request NOT TO USE THIS SOFTWARE AT ALL..... Yes, you can pay a HUGE fine or go to jail. I had a friend that was charged $60K for downloading a movie.

yes its illegal, and yes you CAN get caught. plus the entire site is full of virus', worms, etc. stay away.

ive been doing it for years and see nothing wrong with it im not burnning cds for anyone just me to use in my car that and they have or get enough $$$$ from concerts
