frequent trims will not help.
trimming at all does not actually help it grow faster.
It removes the split ends preventing hair from splitting farther. This often makes the hair APPEAR longer.
Taking multivitamins of any kind will cause it to grow faster. Also scalp treatments weekly. That is basically massaging the scalp causing increased circulation----- So basically if you cant afford to goto a salon for those use a soft britsled brush every night rub your scalp and take some vitamins..... IT SHOULD IMPROVE>

I'm the same way with my hair. It's been short for as long as I could remember and I just recently wanted it long. The vitamin Biotin is suppose to help hair grow and make it stronger. I just picked some up today, but I've looked it up and it's suppose to really work. It was only like six bucks so it wouldn't hurt to try right? Hope this helps!

I to have always had trouble growning my hair long. And actually cut it very short about a year ago. Ive tried all the shampoos but the thing that has helped the most is a supplement by ProCaps Labs -
http://www.procapslabs.com
Its called Hair, Skin and Nails Benefits and since I have been taking it my hair has really grown.

Different clothes, different make-up, or change the music your listening to or the books your reading, or go to a different coffee shop, or go to just a diffierent shop all together, sorry I don't know of any that that will make hair grow longer, My hair grows pretty fast, though it seems like it takes forever. I got sick of my hair, so I cut it, I wanted it shaved off, but the hair stylist, wouldn't do that for me.

There's no way to get your hair to grow longer. It grows at its own maddeningly slow pace. Frequent trims also only help if you have split ends. You should get a trim every 6 weeks.
Just take care of your hair with good shampoos and conditioners and products, heat protecting products if you heat style, and overall you have to take care of your body and yourself, like taking vitamins and drinking water.

go for a colour change instead, even a semi permanent, it'll take your mind off the length, thats what i do. and make sure you only get a trim about every 8-10 weeks and dont get more than half an inch off or you'll be cutting off what its grown, email me if you're unsure about colour choice, i'm a hairstylist, good luck!

i dont think there anything you can do to make your hair grow faster but you can try to massage it and let it down more frequently and Don't constrict your hair with tight bands, hats, braids and the like.
