Dairy products. Cream, sour cream, buttermilk, regular milk, cheese...any you're willing to eat with it.

If you don't eat dairy, try some bread or crackers. It won't be as good as dairy to cut the burn, but it might help a little.

And don't drink water. Capsaicin (the "hot" in hot peppers) is oil-soluble and water merely spreads the burn around your mouth.
