Would that be a good time to start rounding them up and sending back to where ever they came from?

Oh, and before everyone tells me that my family was an imigrant, I should let you know that I am of Italian, Swedish, and Native American decent. However, I am an American first. And all my family came here LEGALLY.

The immigration law that requires that aliens be documented for legal entry. Those who sneak intto the country are referred to as "entry without inspection" (EWI). Others enter with legal documentation and then violate the terms on which they have been admitted by taking jobs that are not authorized or overstaying the authorized period of stay in the country. Both types of illegal immigrants are deportable under Immigration and Nationality Act Section 237 (a)(1)(B) which says:
"Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this Act or any other law of the United States is deportable."
Looks like a law to me
Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:
* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.
As for a boycott who really cares ?

The last round-up was in the 1940's but the methods they used back then would never fly in these PC times with all the RIGHTS the people in the U.S. have and enjoy. Besides what good did it do but make a fortune for the railroad line that brokered the deal with the U.S. Gov. The great roundup can and will never be done again. The Gov. knows this and that's why it's just leaving it up the all the people to get behind or against an amnesty program.
Which ever poll is stronger will win and ain't a damn thing you or I can do about it except grin and bear it. I think the Texas Governor just proved this to everyone in Texas.

I am not concerned about Chrysler becoming an Italian company; they have been German owned for years. It has always been a point a of pride of mine that I have never bought a foreign car; or have I. I have owned Ford F-150s', a Chevy Tahoe, several Corvettes, a Z-28, Shelby Daytona and an El Camino to name a few. I have no idea where these are made. A lot of GM, Chrysler and Ford products are made overseas, Toyota has a manufacturing and administrative office near my home. I would rather help out my fellow Americans than get a warm fuzzy by buying a car with an American sounding name. Instead of boycotting Chrysler; I am going to research each car I buy to find out where it was made. The AM boycotting GM altogether. They are now owned by the Obama Administration and the union. I cannot wait see what crap they crank out; Soviet Trabda anyone?????

Wow, this question seems like a real right-wing racist wacko blow-fest!
In the mean time, you should also jail all the business owners that have to shut down during the boycott because they were hiring aliens illegally. Let's get ALL the law breakers and not just be bigots about "aliens" from south of the border.

Bring it on. There will never be a better time to prove that the US does NOT need illegal labor to survive, and why not kill 2 birds with one stone and deport all illegals who show up to boycott.
