I think it's really wonderful, as is Dom Perignon, but I agree that you can find more reasonable champagne that is going to be just as good for the regular man's palate. I really like Moet y Chandon white star brut and also Piper heidsieck brut. Both of those are still quite expensive, but they are worth it, if you really like good champagne.

Don't go by price, go by what you like. I personally think Dom Perrignon is garbage, even though it's $110/ a bottle. Cristal is good, but still not my cup of tea either. Try a few different kinds of champagne and go by what you like, not by the price tag.

It actually only costs about 174.00 for a good bottle of it. And thats a promise. But to my knowledge it is super good. And always used at special events. Its defientley better then regular. the older the bottle the better the taste.

I had a sip of it one time. I wasnt all that impressed. I have had 50/bottle champagne that was just as good.
