and cant find parental blocking are antivirus its so different from last years more complicated im very disapointed and it cost me 60 quid what will i have to do ? keep getting horrible pop ups iv got 2 young children like i said never had any bother before and used this for 3 year thanks

Don't ever use any Norton Products again. They seem to have compability issues with lot of pcs. For Firewall i would suggest using Zonelabs ZoneAlarm Pro. For popups and spywares, you can use all the free apps listed here:

You will have to keep it updated. Also the parental controls are in prefrences (although you might have bought a version that doesn't have it). I use Adaware, a pop up blocker and another spyware program to get rid of the pop ups. I use norton's internet security for the firewall and the anti-virus protection.
