I have never had it, but somehow it is in my freezer. My husband set it out, thinking it was sausage. Now I don't know what to cook for dinner tonight. Any ideas????

I love turkey burgers.

Okay fry the burgers according to the package. And put on a platter. Put a slice of Swiss cheese on burger.

In a separate saucepan put olive oil, diced up onion, green, red, yellow peppers and garlic and sautee. Add some salt and pepper, too.

Then get a french roll, and cut, and put the burger and veggies in it. Yum Yum.

If you mean ground turkey then you can use it anyway that you would use ground beef. I use it with sauce in pasta, or make turkey burgers for the grill, or meatballs for spaghetti. Once you spice it and cook it and mix it with other food it tastes just like a really lean ground beef.

what I like to do is make a pizzaburger. cook the burger as usual then melt some mozzerella on it and put some marinara sauce in the pan as the cheese is melting. then serve it on a nice roll or some good bread. put a little extra sauce from the pan on the plate to dip the burger into between bites. maybe some fries on the side to munch on.

Fry them gently until cooked right through. Get a bun and put the burger down on top of a piece of cripsy green lettuce. Then put a thin slice of tomato over the top and put the top of the bun on. Serve with tomato sauce, a green leafy salad and a few fries and onion rings.

You can do anything with ground turkey that you can do with ground beef. In my opinion, it's usually better because you don't have all that grease. Two really good things to make with it are chili and tacos. In both dishes, you truly cannot tell the difference between the beef & turkey.

How about making a meatloaf, substituting the turkey for ground beef? Or, look up recipes on the web using ground turkey.

I like to make turkey burgers and mix in a Hidden Valley ranch dry mix packet. It adds some zing!

You can use it just like hamburger. I make spaghetti sauce with turkey, it's not as heavy as beef. You can also make them just like you would beef burgers, add a little salt, pepper, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce and make patties.
