This argument would create an infinitely expanding or ever changing "God" composed of continually changing and decaying matter. Alternately, this "God" would be constantly updating to reflect the new thought comprising the "sum": therefore, any "God" in this paradigm would be radically different from any previous conception (i.e.: Biblical), and would base any actions or decisions upon current relevancies... assuming it were able to decide or act (being dependant upon the changing matter and circumstances). The "God" would be nothing more than the creation of the changing situation rather than the originator. Interesting concept.

You are right. This is the teaching of our culture Hinduism.
Any creation requires a material cause and an intelligent cause. For something cannot be created out of nothing and inert objects cannot create.
So an intelligent material cause which exists forever (it does not violate logic) is the cause of all creation.
In scientific terms, Hinduism states that
The effect cannot be different from the cause.
The effect is cause perceived in a different form.
When the effect cease to exist cause alone remains.
Is it not true. When ornaments of Gold are created, Gold is not lost. It is the same. Ornaments are created out of Gold and within Gold. Gold still exists. Ornament is a perception whereas Gold is the reality.
Similarly is the dream. The dream world is nothing but the dreamer. Each character in the dream world is created and has reality during the dream. They were creations not different from the dreamer himself. All of them would resolve into the dreamer.
The effect cannot be different from the cause.
The effect is cause perceived in a different form.
When the effect cease to exist cause alone remains.
So, in our culture we worship every being as God. All this is permeated by God (Ishavaasyam idam sarvam) is our Hindu Upanishadic statement.

no one is for certain, because for anyone to give an actual answer on yes or now is to say that they are God themselves because only God knows everything, not one human knows even a fraction of what God knows. Because of God, everything is the way it is, He allowed things to happen and He forced other things to happen.
so pretty much, no one can say that God is associated with everything or nothing cause that would mean that person knows EVERYTHING. which is impossible

I will not claim that god does not exist; there is no evidence one way or the other. But the lack of evidence means that any view of god is useless, and that includes the scope of your question. This is based on a proved theorem; details on request.

No you may be right
but did you consider all the transcendental interactions and the weight of the dark matter and sub micro matter down to the terabytes and the influence of matter that has disappeared in black holes?
