for any one who doesn't know what Halal is, it means something that is allowed by God.

Yes it is. It is permissible to plan pregnancies and the time in between being pregnant. It is definitely Halal.

My girlfriend is Muslim, and she has no qualms about using birth control. Regardless of your religious beliefs, you should use birth control if you don't want kids.

Yes. of course. yup.

some Islamic countries produce\sell condoms. so i don't think it's haram.
also you can do vazektomi(or how ever it spells) and buy different pregnancy pills in drug stores in Islamic countries. so i guess it's ok.
