If they can get a license to practice here, then they can practice. They don't have to go to school in the US. They might have to do an internship or something based on licensing or employment issues. Plus, they need a proper visa and work permit stuff, like any other employee.

One of my roommates said her dad went to med school in Guadalajara because he couldn't get into med school in the US. He's retired now, but he practiced medicine for years in the States.

he has to pass the USMLE which has several steps.. but if he gets on a special program like a fellowship course, he might have special privileges but not totally practice..

yes he can if he has a license to do it i go to a lot of foreign doctors
around where i live i always ask them are they allowed to do it they said they have to have a license.
