Hair dye,blow drys the hair cuticle smooth (down),straightens it and probabley use a hair serum

they apply a spray shine on it.its like the adverts they apply the product and shine light on it.
try avedas spray shine or light element serum.they are fantastic and wont make hair oily

looks natural to me, plus she has a top hairdresser styling it for her every day, most people would have great hair like that if they had a stylist everyday

try vinyl glam its a redkin product. It makes hair shine.
