Its sexual harrasment and it will not stop there trust me on that. I once had a co-worker who emailed me a compliment. I was flattered and emailed him back to say thank you. It was purely innocent I thought until the comments came everday and then excalated to him one day trying to attack me when we were asked to go get some documents for work. I went with him to pick them up, I was in his car, stuck and he leaned over to kiss me and I freaked out. He was married and so was I. He was very agressive and said I lead him on. I was too embarrased and felt guilty about the comments so I never told anyone then when he said that I lead him on, I was scared that others might think that is what I did, so I quit. Very bad thing to do, I should have reported him and if I could go back I would. If he knows you know he probably thinks he is getting away with it because you have not said anything to anyone just like I didnt tell anyone about the comments. IF you let him continue he will think you have accepted this behavior and grossly enough he probably enjoys it.

Let the boss in on the little secret. If you don't feel comfortable telling the boss, tell the boss that you have a question about something and ask if there is any way they could come to your desk. The boss my stumble upon the problem without you being the "bad guy".

Have you told your co-worker that it makes you uncomfortable? If not, do so. If so, and he persists, he is engaging in unlawful behavior, because you have a statutory right to a workplace free of offensive or coercive sexual environment.
Report the problem to your supervisor at once, and ask him or her to intervene. Use the following phrase:
"This makes me uncomfortable. I think it is creating a hostile work environment."
If your boss doesn't do anything, speak with your EEO or HR office, or with an attorney. You do not have to put up with this.

Report them to HR. They have rules for dealing with sexual harassment, and this would fall under those rules.
While it is fine that adult films help him relax, work is not the place to watch them. He's lining himself up for a severe sexual harassment disciplining. Even if he doesn't pressure anyone else to watch him, he's creating a hostile workplace. HR should be able to tell him guidelines on this.

Easy report him. There is a time and a place for that and work is not one of them.
If you are not worried about things being awkward between the two of yo let him know that it bothers you and if he keeps it up you will report him to your boss. If he continues after that it becomes a sexual harassment case.

Your possible erectile dysfunction and your watching porno films are two different issues, the first is a problem the second is not. Seek medical attention for the ED and don't worry about the porno, it's not relevant.

Actually yes there is something wrong with it. It's against the law. Report him to your supervisor or HR department. If they don't do anything about it, consult a lawyer.

Ew! Any man who watches porn at WORK to RELAX has serious behavioral/sex issues. You should report this to your boss right away. That is completely inappropriate on sooooo many levels.

Why not go get your "boss" and both of you set down and watch....this shouldn't bother your co-worker since he isn't doing anything wrong.

That's terrible, what an idiot! He can do whatever he likes in his own time but at work, he has to play by the rules and that doesn't include watching porn on the sly. Creep.
