Non-jewish people get circumcized too. Your cat will maintain his religious freedom.

The cat's penis is not involved in the process of neutering so he will still be "gentile". Of course lots of gentile babies are circumcised anyway.
You will have to take it up with the rabbi if you are planning a bar mitzvah.

I don't think you can circumcise cats, so I think neutering will count instead.

If your cat starts refusing to mix meat and dairy, demands kosher cat food, and asks you to make him a little yarmulke, those would be good signs. However, testicle removal and circumcision are 2 different things, so that would not indicate a religious conversion.

Neutering is castration. A brisk is circumcision.
If you were castrated would you be Jewish?

Defintely not. If your cat doesn't want it, then don't. You have to care about your cat's feelings too. Follow what you think if your cat doesn't know what you are doing.
