The reason God didn't provide Adam and Eve with a TV is simple.
This God wanted to keep them stupid!
After all this God made KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL forbidden! As anyone with any sense knows knolwedge of good and evil does NOT give you a disposition towards either! It only means you have the ability to make a choice! To have and exercise FREEWILL!!
Oh wait Christians think freewill came from God! IT COULDN'T!! Since freewill is only possible after one knows what good and evil are. So who gave us freewill??? Could it be SATAN!!

Because TV isn't good; TV is bad. And why would they need TV? Eden was paradise. They could experience the real thing; they wouldn't need to watch it on a screen. And anything bad would not exist in Eden, like sex, violence, etc. Does that answer your question?

yeah, i was recently wondering why god created man at such a primitive state. why not make adam and eve with 35th century knowledge? why did we have to evolve to the points we are (through much confusion and bloodshed!) if god was so powerful? hmm... so even the bible points to evolution.
