I've been interested in religion since I was a little kid. I felt that there was something very beautiful and special about church services. Something about it felt very good and right to me. I wanted to know more about the church, and more about God.

Religion always facinated me, I used to go to church when I was little and wonder why mom was always putting money into a collection plate when we didn't even have food at home but she could always give money to the church. I asked her about it one day and she said well I can't let everyone know I don't have any collection money. It was the first time I realized she did it out of guilt and embarrasment. I was embarrassed and have never felt good about going to church since. It made me facinated by the power the church held over people. I felt guilty about it in the beginning but now I realize you don't need church to have spirituality. It sent me on a journey to seek thruth for myself.

Went to a Catholic church for 18 years...
Joined college...became a huge antogonist of the bible...
Worked out that I was an agnostic at age 21, as I could not fully understand the possibility of the universe being self-created...
At 24 years of age, started researching various religions, understanding further explanation of the sciences, researching the historical accuracies of the scriptures...
At 27 years of age, Christ entered my life by his grace alone...
Now I'm 31... and still searching for knowledge and answers, but the true meaning of my existance and purpose have been explained.

I was very aware of spiritual matters as a child. As soon as I was old enough to speak, my mother taught me to pray the rosary. As a toddler, I was shown how to kneel and pray in front of a crucifix. I was expected to pray every day, and to show intense religious devotion. I attended Mass regularly. I felt very much in tune with the Catholic Church as a child, and although I've explored many other beliefs, I remain Catholic to this day.

I cannot honestly remember a time when I wasn't concerned with spiritual matters. Some of my very earliest memories are of singing hymns and praying. I enjoyed attending all types of religious services as a small child, and was quite fascinated by religious art. My parents found it a bit strange, but tried to be encouraging.

Yesterday at about 7pm I realized the point and purpose of religion. You see, when I was a kid, my moms' 4th husband used to tell me I wasn't "good enough" to have religion in my life, so I have avoided it for over 30 years. But yesterday I got a library book, and when I got to chapter 4, I finally understood. I feel kind of weird, like this whole world is totally new to me, but it's kind of nice.

I didnt really think of being Spirtual until I had my son,,,Then I knew there had to be a God to make such a perfect little angel that I held in my arms,,,that was about 6 years ago.
I just know there is a God out there,,,and weight out different forms of Religons, Christian,Muslim,Hindu, Buddism,,,they are alot alike in many ways,,,I dont feel one mainstream religon is enough for me,,,I do alot of research myself that I can,,and think about it ,,,,and make a choice in my life.

definite, fortuitously his will has change into mine, i want what God needs, and at the same time as Im uncertain I wait upon the Lord for preparation. God isn't so worried with what we do for a living and the position we bypass, yet its what we make out of it. can we spread the note of God everywhere we bypass, or will going someplace ward off us from doing so..

I sought right through my teenage years and then determined there was no such answer. I haven't seen anything to change my mind so far. So I must be right.
