Thank you for the birthday wish! Just turned 40 and feels the same. I spent the day doing laundry and some remodeling work, read a magazine and ate lunch and went out to dinner with my girlfriend. It was a relaxing day and I got a birthday call from everyone in my entire family. Played with my seven dogs, loved on the eight pups Sugar just had and felt secure in my life and in love. Age does that. Makes you more settled and comfortable with yourself and others. More accepting and easy going! I love it!

I turned 40 last June - didn't do anything different than when I turned 39. It's just a number - and I don't look or act my age.

Been there, done that. It's no different from 20 or 30. It's just another birthday. I still feel (physically and mentally) the same. When you think about it as "years in advance" it sounds scary. Once you hit it, you almost don't even realize it. So if you plan to get there yourself, it's a good idea to be financially ready.

You start seeing thins, in it's proper perspective. You start to looking for honesty. And see how little you actually get of it. But you also get to appreciate, just how important your Love is. And what makes things, to your liking. It's wonderful. Come on down!

Honestly? I did the same thing I do every year I turn another year older. I looked up and told God, "thanks for helping me to get here." I'm now 50 years old, and it's great!

i am not sure what i will do. mostly likely i will spend a week camping at the lake, like i do every birthday. But that is 10 years away, who know what will happen in 10 years time.
