If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. I would cook Tomato Chicken. It's really easy.

Take 4 chicken breast halves and put it in a oiled pan for about 6 min. flip the chicken and cook it for another 6 min. when it's well done take a jar of pizza sauce and pour it on the chicken cover pan and cook for 5 min. Voila tender juicy tomato chicken. ( I made this recipe up!)

If you have little kids try making pizza, you can make the dough and they can roll it out and put on the toppings, it's great because you get to make the dinner and eat it together too!
