Try turkey meat loaf , my mopm loved it and had to eat it for health reasons.
Mix eggs or egg beaters into meat with seasoning, add fat
free bread crumbs ( if they make them) mix alltogether and mold into a loaf put in loaf pan or baking dish and bake about 1 hr. at 350 degrees. you can pour fat free tomato soup or sauce
on top before baking. Makes good cold samwiches..so she said......

Make a BIG turkey burger! Put diced tomatoes, onions, chili powder and garlic in the meat before you form the patty. Grill it and put dijon mustard on the bread and ENJOY!
Since you are on a diet, check www.CookingLight.com for healthy recipes and healthy ground turkey ideas.

anything you make with ground beef
you can make with ground turkey

if you're on a diet
have a ground turkey taco salad --- just don't add cheese, chips or sour cream
if can still be very good if you make your salad with lots of fresh veggies and salsa
and on go enjoy life
add a handful of chips

I use ground turkey in place of ground beef for just about everything. I like that it's not as fatty as beef. You can make hamburgers, meatloaf, tacos, meatballs, pasta w/meat sauce, etc.

The first person is right and any ground turkey or chicken meat/mince in the UK is lean, it has only 5-10% fat, if they use any leg or thigh meat in the mix.

They say to use ground chicken, but ground turkey works just as well. You could turn the burger recipe into meatballs by simply mixing up the ingredients, then shaping them into balls.

I make the every week..
saute onions until they soften up add in ground turkey and brown, add in one can of fat free refried beans and southwest salsa bring to a simmer. if you like it on the spicy side add chili sauce.
This you can put on a soft tortilla, on a salad, you can eat it cold or just as a side dish.
