I want to buy some land in Toronto (thorncliffe area) for a 20-30 storey flat, there are so many in toronto, so it wont be that hard to do, but buying the land will be a problem, how much will it cost for a half acre in toronto cost?
any idea? has anyone bought any land in toronto, is it a good investment?

There are plenty of Apartment buildings in the Thorncliffe area. Are you intending to buy property and build a building?
I'm not sure you've given enough info to correctly advise on a price range.

By an empty building and convert it to condos.
