is there a alternative to jam for diabetics,i am getting fed up with just toast

You can get diabetic jam in most chemists.

I don't know where you live. If you live in Ireland or England then look for Stute Diabetic jams and marmalades. They really are delicious and sugar free. My favourite is the Raspberry extra jelly.

they have jams now that have no sugar but they have artificial sweeteners, such as Splenda... personally, i don't like that stuff very much. how about a little bit of fresh peanut or almond butter? (the processed kind like Skippy has a lot of added sugar, so stay away from that, but most natural foods stores sell peanut or almond butter that has no added sugar.)

hmmm, there's reduced sugar jams.... not perfect but...

(no sugar added does NOT mean no sugar)
