It depends on the person making the decision. Everyone has different tastes. Personally, it's not my cup of tea as a fashion choice, on women because it's so drastic, and for men because it makes me think of Telly Savalas and "Right Said (I'm Too Sexy) Fred"
However, when I knew a wonderful, vibrant, woman going through Cancer, she went bald but was even sexier for how she chose to continue living her life to the fullest, and not hiding her missing hair under a wig...the radical choice and bravery contributed to the sexiness because it complimented who she already was.
The truth is, unless you are a professional model or a leading man/woman in the entertainment business, being sexy to a a mass audience doesn't need to concern you. You should want to be sexy for yourself and, possibly, a special someone or target audience of "someones" -- if you feel sexy bald, it will come through, if the guy/girl you like thinks bald is sexy, then it's definitely worth considering.
As for whether bald, or long hair, or tight clothes, or anything, really, is universally sexy....there really is no one answer.

It's all about personal opinions. There are men I know that are bald and sexy and others who are bald and not sexy. Most of the time it has to do with your self image, confidence will go along way.

Some people will think its sexy,others,may not. It's all about how u feel about urself and to know that someone will think ur sexy whether u are bald or not. Make sure u maintain a good and healthy personality and all will love u.

Depends on the guy. A lot of it is attitude as well. For example, I think Patrick Stewart is really attractive. Bald looks great on him.

Yes. I think bald is y on men. My boyfriend keeps his head bald and i love it. There's nothing like rubbing a clean shaven head. A real turn on!!

I find receeding hairlines and NATURAL baldness very attractive...but the new style of guys shaving their heads doesn't look that great...especially when the shadow and stubble starts showing.
