Probably attending the Black Police officers Association meeting. Or in the case with Jackson, producing more illegitimate babies. Racism is ugly except when commit ed by clowns like you just mentioned. Then it is called fighting for the down trodden. Don't see either one of them malnutritioned.

those 2 are a joke and i am a black/korean woman. they are so far removed from black people and our causes it's pathetic. I'm 28 and everything those 2 talk about goes back to the past and some of it doesn't even make sense. We don't live in the past we live in the future. If they can't fix it or come up with some kind of a plan i don't want to hear anything they have to say. if i got shot by a white cop i wouldn't want them at my funeral.

I have to say that I agree with you. These two leaders in particular, would better serve thier communities if they acted like leaders and focused on the tragedy, as a community, and helped to educate their followers how to make successes of their lives. Rather, these two offer their people an "excuse" for the way they live, and the violence that affects their community. The african american community needs good hearted, honest, positive role models. They don't have enough of these. Sure, its important to ensure that a person's rights were preserved...eight white cops beating a black guy, or vice-versa. If there was racism involved, it doesn't seem productive to incite even more hatred.

Well, I'd guess that the co-Presidents of Black America are out shaking down corporations and cities as that is their day job.

They are nowhere to be seen because there is no way they can stir up trouble and blame it on whitey. When it's black on black you can't scream racial discrimination.

If it's EXCESSIVE FORCE they SHOULD be protesting it...i think that is the operative word you forgot to mention...if it's justified because a criminal brandished a weapon then fine...but if a guy is without a weapon then he has no reason to be shot to death or beaten....EXCESSIVE FORCE IS THE PROBLEM NOT RACE!!!

I know, it's sad, isn't it? I never see them there either. I guess they are too busy to attend.
