Our dogs are both mutts, the older one may be Yellow Lab and Chow. We think she may be part chow because of her black tongue. She is 16 years old and weighs 65 lbs.
We adopted our other dog from Planned Pet-hood, they said she may be Golden Retriever/Beagle/Springer Spaniel mix, but she is mostly black so we don't know for sure.
Planned Pet hood is an adoption organization that was very good. Except she had been spade already at 8 weeks and we don't know if that caused the urinary tract infection that we spent $200.00 extra to cure her of it. She is a little over 2 years old.

German Shorthaired Pointer and a Brittany
Both are great hunting dogs. I wouldn't recommend either of these dogs though for a person just interested in a pet. These dogs have tons of energy and require a large yard to run around in, and alot of owner attention (ie running with them).

This might sound like a lot(separate houses)...so...2 mutts-Labrador/Rott mix(7 yr.), Pitt Bull/Rhodesian Ridgeback(6 yr.), 3 German Shorthaired Pointers(2, 1 and about 7 months), 2 English Pointers(I think about 7 and 7 months), 2 Chihuahua-Daschund mix(2 months)
