look at them like they acting retarded...like saying wtf, he will feel retarded ;) and stop his retarded acting ;)

Sounds like a personal problem! Are they purposefully trying to annoy you? Why would you think so? People have habits that bug others, but others could care less about the same behavior.
In the grand scheme of things, it's really never going to matter. Grow up and learn not to be so easily bothered! Swallow your pride and quit expecting the rest of the Universe to conform to your idea of Right, unless you have the power to change it! :)

I tend to close my doors during lunch so I can get peace and quiet. If you are in a cubicle, you can go for a walk. I'll also call my family members on my lunch break so that there is no way that they can interrupt.

If you're being assigned seating, disregard this completely, especially if you're still in school and none of this is going to end up on any records whatsoever.

Put a bunch of food in your mouth, like ALOT of food and chew up to a good consistancy and walk to thier seat and open your mouth and drop it onto thier plate.
Or tell them to shut up.

Just ignore them. They are being annoying to you because they can - because you let them.
If they know they dont have an efect on you - theyll give up.
