A couple of days ago, I bit my lip and it made a little bump. The day after, I bit my lip in the same spot and it cause the bump to get bigger. Today, I bit my lip in the same spot really hard and bit the bump right off. Now it feels like there is a hole in my lip. How make this thing heal and how long should it take?

a minimum of three cases an afternoon, placed some peroxide on your lip utilising a cotton swab. it is going to fizz up and would harm, yet this can make it heal up very quickly. do no longer lick your lips. although, keep some petroleum jelly or neosporin or maybe chapstick on your lips purely to keep it moist and secure.

I think it'll heal by itself with time, but you have to stop bitting your lip!

Rinse your mouth out with peroxide (DO NOT swallow it). I also put antibiotic ointment on them so they heal faster (Neosporin)
