If you earnestly seek God you will find him. Don't be surprised if Jesus answers. That's what happened for me. Just pray for His help and He won't let you down. He loves you with all His Heart.

You can only help yourself. That's the first thing you need to realize. Once you come to terms with that, then you can heal your own wounds.
Even those who believe in God fall back on the platitude, "God helps those who help themselves." It is a useful phrase, as it is pretty evident that God does not intervene. If he did, then everyone would be asking for God's help.
While relying on God may be a useful crutch sometimes, it is still just a crutch, and you can never walk again until you learn to step without the aid of a crutch.
Take control of your life. Even if God does exist, he would rather you improve yourself rather than wait for him to do it.
I don't know what troubles you, but you can ask in more specific forums. Actually, go Google for it. Finding suitable advice here is a crap shoot. You shouldn't rely on it.

Take a deep breath.
Get a pencil and paper.
Write down a list of things that are important to you.
Now "Resort" that list until you have them in order of importance to your survival and peace of mind.
Now, study that list.
Now hug your mate and go on with your life.
Anytime you feel like you are going to "snap" , simply review your list. ---- It will put things in perspective.
Most times when a person feels they have come to their wits' end, it is because they have lost their perspective of what is really imortant in their life.

God helped you a lot already. He gave you that brain and arms and legs etc, So use them in the manner He wanted you to used them. Stop abusing them!!
