He has lost all his hair and has not growned back yet. He has no runny nose or eyes. No open wounds. I have changed his food and all his bedding has been wash and I still see no improvement. Other than that he eats all his food dry & wet, he also tries to eat everyone else too. Friskies. He loves to play in the dirt and chase lizards, so his playfulness has not changed. I have three other cats, they don't fight. The other three are all normal, they all eat the same food.

Poor little dude!
There is a condition called alopecia which can occur in just about any mammal (humans too) that is basically, just an unexplained hair loss. Since your other cats aren't having problems, I have doubts that it's mange or ringworm. It could be possible that he has a food allergy, but I believe that would cause a patchier hair loss than what you describe.
I had a cat several years ago who lost all th fur on his tummy for no discernable reason. After many exhaustive tests at the vets, we just shook our heads and gave up!...and eventually his fur grew back.
I'd say that a visit to the vet would be in order regardless.

Have you gone to the vet? They can do a skin culture and blood tests. PLEASE go to the vet. Loss of all hair is not normal.

it may have an allergy to the dirt, or to his food, ask your vet
