As a hypnotist, I can say that it certainly "sounds" like stress, but could be some other things; hunger, too much time in front of the computer/TV - not enough sleep, etc. Very rarely does a headache indicate something serious unless it is a sudden, major shock headache, which doesn't sound like what you have.
Have there been any changes in the ordinary lately? Fear of loss (job, girlfriend/boyfriend, etc)? Any and all could be contributors to stress.

If you need any direction on stress relief, let me know and I'll steer you in the right direction.

I've had a major head ache for about 5 months before it started to get a little better. I had to take 4 extra strength Tylenol every 5 hours and that only alleviated the head aches. I would have to hold my because it was throbbing so hard. I thought about going to the doctors but I seriously was hoping it was an aneurysm and I was going to go and meet my maker. Serious!

It could be a stress induced mirgraine. Your doctor should know about these. But headaches can be caused by anything from lack of drinking water, eating certain foods.........to allergies.
If you think it is stress, drink more water and eat less junk food, stretch your neck out or exercise then stretch it ( a light jog always helped me), heating pad maybe, accupressure/accupunture or a foot rub??????
AND
destress yourself ...........its not worth it!

You should go to the Dr. and get your blood pressure checked. You may also want to look at your diet. I get headaches when I drink red wine.

Go see a doctor immediately!!!!!! The worst case scenario is that you may have sometype of artery blockage. Better safe than sorry.
