I am in the same situation you are, and I am waiting until bedtime. Hopefully I will be so exhausted I will sleep well tonight, unlike last night.

Generally speaking, if I sleep more then 20 minutes during the day, I would never be able to sleep at night.

Wait til bedtime. Maybe even go to bed a little early. If I take a nap during the day I have a hard time falling asleep at night.

You should take a nap for 30 minutes or less. This will boost your energy but not make you too energetic so you cannot go to sleep.
