Have you ever regretted not taking an opportunity because you didn't realise what it might be worth to you? Personal or financial.

No regrets for long.
Even wrong decisions can teach you something. It is pointless living with regret.
If you got it wrong, start from where you are now and move on.

Nope never. Everything happens for a reason and if it was meant to be, I would have taken advantage of the opportunity. But there is nothing I regret as of now.

I have. Everyday I wish that I had realized what a gift my education was. I realize now that if I had worked harder in high school and college I would be having a much easier time now.

I have, many times, but never regretted it. Sometimes I look back wistfully at what could have been, but then how do I know I'd have been happier etc. Life's pretty good now.

That happens so many times in one's lifetime. For example not buying a certain stock which did well, or not getting a good education when one should have. it happens all the time and in so many circumstances.
