i mean i want to volunteer abroad. dont have money for transportation but have accommodation and food even for anyone else who want to go and volunteer.

To get sponsorship to do voluntary work in Africa you usually have to approach the NGO's, aid agencies or churches. They're the main providers of volunteer funding.
Some African governments and government departments will pay your expenses - depends what your area of expertise is and which country or countries you have in mind.
